    Don't know about yakiniku and udon (maybe I could alter it using my country's ingredients) but sushi?! I have doubt to find fresh toppings here. Even if I could, it'll probably be too expensive T_T

    Why? I don't know about your country, but in Sweden (where I come from), it's not that difficult to find suitable toppings with the right price. I ususally use salmon, crabsticks, cucumber, avocado and things like that. You can use whatever fish you want basically. Your imagination is your limit Very Happy
